Review: eSpoir tint lip treatment in peach, pink, and cherry

A few years ago, I bought the eSpoir tint lip treatment in three colors in my 13th Gmarket order together with the eSpoir tint and lip balm duo, lip color essence, no wear sheer lipstick, and no wear touch lipstick. There was a sale and these tint lip treatment sticks were only 7,840 won each, so you can understand why I just bought all three colors without thinking.

The eSpoir tint lip treatment sticks have a beautiful lipstick tube with a pearly finish and the cap is transparent orange.

Applied on my lips

The eSpoir tint lip treatment leaves a balmy coat on top on my lips, which doesn't feel uncomfortable or sticky and application was effortless. These tinted lip balms just melted on my lips and when I moved my lips, it glides smoothly. They have a sweet fruity scent and flavor. The longer you have them on your lips, the more color your lips get from the lip tint. Most tinted lip balms don't really really show up on the lips and especially not ones with such lovely, sweet, and light colors. I am really impressed how well you see the difference between the three colors (note: the cherry shade actually becomes redder over time). Normally, all three colors would look almost the same on the lips.

 What do I think?

I just love tinted lip balms and these were like more affordable dupes of the Dior Addict Lip Glow ($33). Sadly, I think that they discontinued these already. You might still be able to find these in online shops if you are lucky. I saw that they replaced these with the eSpoir Tint glow sticks (can they be more obvious that they are similar to the Dior Addict Lip Glow?) and the price is 16,000 won each. There are 4 shades: Plum scene (pink with a purple undertone), Pink mirror (light pink like the pink shade of the eSpoir tint lip treatment in this review), Red crush (red, much darker red than the cherry shade in this review), and Orange square (peachy orange with more orange tones than pink). They are still very affordable dupes of the Dior Addict Lip Glow (about half the price) and since I am so satisfied with the eSpoir tint lip treatment sticks, I want to see if the new version of these is just as good.
