Valentine's day: pretty dessert plate (easy version)

If even yesterday's dessert plate failed (and you also ruined the first course and the main course), don't worry, because you still have this as the back-up plan. It doesn't involve a lot of work, but it still looks quite artistic and it can make someone think that you have put a lot of effort in making it.

The different elements on the dessert plate:

 - two brownie cubes. You can buy some brownie's at the local bakery or supermarket and use a sharp knife to cut two pretty cubes.
- a scoop of the Hertog chocolade brownie ice cream. The Hertog chocolate brownie ice cream already has 6 beautiful Cornetto like tops, so you can just scoop one out and put it on a plate. It has a chocolate flavor ice cream, a chocolate sauce, and a sprinkle of mini brownie cubes.
- two Glico pejoy cookie & cream sticks. I bought a box of this at the Amazing Oriental supermarket in Rotterdam. It has a crunchy biscuit exterior and a soft cream center.
- 3 Hazelnut raspberry blond balls from Awesome chocolate. I bought a box of this at the local supermarket, the Albert Heijn. It is a whole hazelnut covered with raspberry flavored, white chocolate. It adds some sourness to the sweet dessert plate. The pink color also makes it more Valentine's day themed. But if you like chocolate and don't mind a totally brown plate, I recommend the macadamia milk balls from Awesome chocolate more. It has a rich, milk chocolate flavor and a whole macadamia in it. It tastes more delicious than the Hazelnut raspberry blond balls.
