Yves Saint Laurent Gloss Volupte

YSL has a new lip gloss, the Gloss Volupte, and I never expected this brand to be this playful. The lips-shaped applicator is just so cute that I don't even mind paying $32 for it. It is also nice that it is a light weight, non-sticky lip gloss.

From the 23 colors, I quite like the 202 Rose Jersey, 203 Corail Gandoura, and the 102 Rose Satine (the three shades pictured underneath).

The YSL Gloss Volupte also has some very interesting top coats amidst the colors that are available.
YSL Gloss Volupte Smoking Gold Iridescent

The YSL Gloss Volupte 209 Smoking is the most interesting, as it promises to change your lips from a day to a night look. I am very curious to see if it can make a bright fuchsia lip color turn into a darker, more subdued lip color. With the YSL Gloss Volupte 1 Gold, you can add a shimmery, gold layer to your lips, and even though the 101 Iridescent looks like a very pretty mauve pink color, you can conclude from its name that it is likely that the color is not going to show up on the lips. There is also a transparent lip gloss (201 Pure) that gives your lips intense shine (not pictured).

Update:
I have bought the YSL gloss volupté in the color 15 - Grenade pépite.
