Mizon Parisien Eye Stage Collection mini eyeliner set review
After the Dior Beauty workshop and my "Look mom, I am on TV (an online video counts too :P)" moment, I took a little break, but it is about time for me to get back to work.
Seeing the beautiful and colorful eyeliners from Etude House, eSpoir spring 2013, eSpoir pre-summer 2013, and Innisfree, it made me want to take all my recently bought eyeliners out to play. And the eyeliners from this Mizon mini eyeliners set are the first ones I have tried out.
This Mizon Parisien Eye Stage Collection set, which I have bought from my 12th Gmarket order,
comes in a small carton case that is made to look like a small book and
it contains three waterproof color eyeliners, one tear drop eyeliner, and an Eye
correct remover. All of these are in miniature size, making it easy and light to take them with you.
The Eye correct remover pencil works the same as the Etude House Eraser Show Line Remover that I own. It has a white, Vaseline like tip that you can use to correct mistakes and minor smudges that you have made with your eyeliner or mascara that has run out. It is nice to now have a miniature size version. But if you are traveling, I still think it is still better to take the Etude House Eraser Show Line Remover with you, since it can act as a mistake corrector, but it can also entirely remove your eye makeup with just a few swipes thanks to the broad tip. This miniature sized one is more suitable to take in your makeup bag, when you go to school or work.
In short, for small mistakes and precision work this Mizon Eye correct remover works the best, and for larger mistakes and to remove eye makeup, the Etude House Eraser Show Line Remover is the best choice.
The Mizon mini eyeliner set also contains a small bottle of the Mizon Twinkle eyeliner, which is a light beige, liquid tear drop eyeliner. You can also spread this out on the eyelids and use this as an eyeshadow base. The plastic tube has a cute, metallic Eiffel tower print with stars. Is it to refer to starry, romantic nights in Paris? ^_^

We can now finally have a look at the colored eyeliner pencils.
Swatches on my arm
The three eyeliners (purple, dark brown, and green) are creamy and really pigmented. I didn't have to press hard at all, perfect for inexperienced people like me. They are so pretty that I can even wear them as eyeshadow. The left swatch is made with the Mizon Twinkle eyeliner.
Now, let's see how they look on my eye.
The purple eyeliner
This eyeliner has the most difference seen in daylight or in the shade, so that's why I have made more pictures. In the shade, it looks very dark, a mysterious purple.
But in the sunlight, it looks a lot brighter and more purple due to the shimmers.
The brown eyeliner
It is a very dark brown/olive eyeliner with plenty of gold shimmers in it. It is almost as if it is a gold eyeliner instead.

I saved the best one for last.
The green eyeliner
It is a very beautiful, shimmery green eyeliner. It seems to be a perfect color for the coming summer. It does not look that intimidating as I thought. ^_^
For the last two pictures, I used the Mizon Twinkle eyeliner to line the under eye lashes. It made my eyes a sparkly mess, but it is still very pretty. I am totally smitten by the green eyeliner. :)
