Review: Modi Art Nails set no. 1 - Glitter Layered Collection
In my post about my 13th Gmarket order, you must have seen that I had bought two Modi Art Nails sets: the Glitter Layered Collection and the Horoscopes Nails Collection. There are 5 different Modi Art Nails sets and you can find more information about the other three sets in this post of mine. I really loved the special edition Modi glitter nail polishes made for Christmas 2012, so when I saw that they had new glitter nail polishes out, I had to get them.
I can't really find the numbering on the nail polishes, but it is pretty straight forward, which one is to be applied first and then next. The nail polish on the left (the base nail polish) is named Twinkling mix and the one on the right (the glitter top nail polish) has the name Jewelry box.
The Twinkling mix nail polish is a light pink glitter nail polish with very pretty blue and pink shimmers. The fine and larger pink hexagonal glitters are so dense that you can wear this nail polish on its own too. The Jewelry box nail polish has pastel, hexagonal glitters in various colors and sizes. In the clear base, you can also find some large translucent glitters and a few silver diamond shaped glitters. The glitters of this nail polish applies very sparse, so it will not cover the whole nail easily. According to the instructions of the set, this nail polish is to be applied on the tips of the nails. While you are applying the nail polish, it has a nice fruity scent, but after it dries on the nails, it gets the distinct tiger balm like scent that I also got with some of the newer Modi nail polishes.
Because I made too many pictures for one post, I will start with only reviewing set no.1 first.

Twinkling mix + Jewelry box
