Vegetable smoothie recipes
On the Simply PR pressday, they served us two kinds of vegetable smoothies and because I liked the taste so much, I had asked them for the recipes. They are two really refreshing and healthy drinks, very suitable for the summer. It is also quite easy to make, you just need to put the stated ingredients in a blender and you can already prepare most of the ingredients beforehand. For example, you can already wash and peel the carrots the day before and store them away in the refrigerator.
I think that the recipes are meant for one person only, so adjust the amount to the number of people.
Green smoothie ingredients
- half a mango
- 2 handfuls of spinach leaves
- half a cucumber
- one green apple
Orange smoothie ingredients
- one orange
- handful of carrots
- two slices of ginger
I hadn't had time to make one of these smoothie's yet, but I am definitely going to try making one soon.
