Report: Miss Etam en Promiss Fashion Feestje
In my HEMA Blog Academy report, I mentioned that I attended another
event the day before, and it was the Miss Etam en Promiss Fashion Feestje.
(For the ones that are interested: Feestje is Dutch for party). I got picked up
from the Zoetermeer train station, together with three other bloggers, and when we arrived
at the Etam group head office, we were welcomed by the colorful balloons at the
entrance.
On the left, there was a small bar where you could get a cup of coffee and a piece of Tony Chocolonely chocolate or a brownie. I ordered a cappuccino and it got a beautiful leaf shaped latte art on it. Some others got a cute heart shape.
While I waited for the fashion show to start, I munched on some delicious snacks: salted mixed nuts and fried seaweed snacks. I also chatted a bit with fellow blogger Ester from www.estrellaweb.nl, who I had met for the first time. I went there alone, so it was nice to meet a new blogger friend.
The Promiss and Miss Etam Fall/Winter 2014 fashion show was introduced by this woman in a beautiful, white wool sweater with delicate flower applications on the sleeves.
Underneath, you can already see some pictures of the upcoming Fall/Winter 2014 clothing and accessories from the two brands, Promiss and Miss Etam. I thought it was very special that they also invited some of their own customers to walk in the fashion show. They were all smiles and looked very at ease on the catwalk. You really couldn't tell that they were amateurs that got catwalk training right before the fashion show.

I also tried this bowl of seafood with caviar, but it looks better than
it tastes. ^_^
At the end of the event, I was also treated to a raspberry panna cotta (not pictured). It is the first time, I tried panna cotta and it had the texture of a vanilla pudding and the taste was similar to custard. It is very different from what I imagined from eating the Mona Panna Cotta pudding. But it could also be the custard version of the panna cotta, as it had a yellow color, whereas it should be white.
