HEMA press day S/S 2015: Other yummy food
Besides the delicious food that I have shown you in the "HEMA press day S/S 2015: Easter food" post, I still have some pictures of the other yummy food that we were treated to at the HEMA press day S/S 2015.
I like having a lot of flavors to choose from and just by buying these two trio trays (€2.50), you can easily have a party with delicious toasts. There were also plenty of rustic bread loafs there, so many people (not me again!) put them on slices of bread.
There was also a large bowl of HEMA biological yogurt and cruesli and some super foods to sprinkle on top, together with some strawberries and other fruits (not in picture). But when I got to this table, there were only one or two strawberries (my favorites!) left and I wasn't sure if I would like the super foods in my yogurt. So, I didn't get any of this either.
Can you believe that I didn't take any of these seriously, delicious looking HEMA strawberry, mixed fruit, chocolate pistachio, and meringue tarts?
I also didn't take any of these HEMA roast beef sandwiches. (pretty HEMA plate though!).
I was considering getting one of these HEMA sausage rolls, but knowing me, most of the ketchup would end up on my face instead of staying on the sausage bun.
This HEMA strawberry and blueberry tart was too beautiful to cut a piece out from.

So what did I eat?
I found these HEMA quinoa, couscous, and lentil salads in small, sealed transparent bowls. A lot of people seemed to be enjoying these, so I decided to give these a try. The venue was very nicely decorated this time. There were plenty of seats and sofas for the visitors to lounge on, eat their breakfasts or lunch depending on when they arrived, chat with fellow bloggers and journalists, and check out the pictures that they have just taken. So, I grabbed a salad and a bottle of orange juice and headed to a comfortable looking sofa.
I shared my thoughts on the HEMA salads in this blog post.
