New fragrance: Ari by Ariana Grande
The bottle of the Ari by Ariana Grande fragrance seems to be inspired by the beautiful, grenade-shaped bottle of the Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb, but it was given a funky twist with the pointy ends on the glass bottle, reminding me a bit of a pineapple. I quite like the contrast of the soft and furry ball versus the hard pointy ends. The scent itself has a cute pink color too.
The fragrance bottle also has a firm and luxurious, rose gold cap (as in: there is some resistance when you remove the cap and put it back on)
It also has a very big, white fur ball attached to it that you can easily take off with the lobster clasp.
I think the fur ball looks really nice attached to my tweed hand bag, but you can also attach it to other places such as a hair tie or shoe laces (might need to buy two bottles though ^_^). I tried spraying some of the fragrance on the fur ball and it lasted for days. You can also use the fur ball to softly apply the fragrance on your skin.
Ari by Ariana Grande fragrance*, 30 ml (also in 50 ml and 100 ml bottles), €29.95In the Netherlands, it is exclusively available at Parfumerie Douglas and www.douglas.nlTop notes: crispy pear, pink grapefruit, raspberryMiddle notes: soft muguet, rose buds, vanilla orchidBase notes: marshmallow, creamy musk, blonde woods
The scent develops itself as follows: sweet and fruity at the first few minutes - smelling the refreshing pear the most - , then more flowery and heavy with a sweet hint of vanilla at the end, and lastly, a whisk of musk and a woody scent. The base notes are a bit too heavy for me, but that eventually fades a bit and a feminine, a tiny bit sweet, and sensual scent will remain. The following day, I can still smell a faint vanilla sweet, musk scent.
