Recipe: Pumpkin rice porridge

Pumpkin can be found almost everywhere during the fall-winter season and I always wanted to create a video on how to make the pumpkin rice porridge that I shared on my blog years ago. Today, I finally found some time to do that and instead of left-over ingredients, I will be using fresh ingredients. I personally love seafood, so I added a seafood flavor to it by using a dried scallop broth, fish cake, fish balls, and crab sticks. But you can also use a normal chicken broth and put the ingredients that you like in it.
