NOTD: Pa Nail Color A81
On one of those rare occasions, when I want to feel pretty and feminine, I always pull out my favorite red nail polish, the Pa Nail Color A81. I bought it in Japan, together with several other Pa nail polishes. While I mainly bought special looking glitter nail polishes the first time, I tried out more diverse kinds of Pa nail polishes the second time. I bought a beautiful coral pink nail polish, two flakies nail polishes, a crystal sparkle, glitter nail polish, and this beautiful red nail polish.
I think I have shown glimpses of the Pa Nail Color A81 on my blog before, such as here, but I have never done its beauty justice. I remember trying to take pictures of it before and the pictures just never turned out okay. They came nowhere close to how pretty it looks on the nails in real life. I have become a bit better at taking pictures now and my camera got upgraded, so I made another attempt.
Pa Nail Color A81 has a glossy red jelly base (which made it difficult to take pictures of) and there are a lot of gold, fuchsia, and red glitters inside. The red color matches my skin tone very well (I wish I owned a lipstick in this color!) and the glitters were not hard to remove from the nails. I also really like how easy it was to apply them on the nails. You only need about 2-3 thin coats for full coverage, as the nail polish isn't really sheer. For something I bought 5 years (!) ago, it is still in optimal condition, like I just bought it in the store today. This seems to be the case with all my Japanese nail polishes. Although they may seem expensive for such small sized bottles, they are worth every penny on the long run.
