Tuna mozzarella pizza with chocolate pizza as dessert

On one of those hot and lazy days during the summer, I was craving for some pizza, so I went to get a few boxes of Dr. Oetker Ristorante pizza at the Albert Heijn supermarket. I got my favorite tuna pizza (Dr. Oetker Ristorante pizza tonno) with slices of mozzarella that I put on top myself and for dessert, a chocolate pizza (Dr. Oetker Ristorante pizza dolce al cioccolato).

I really like how convenient it is. I just need to put the two pizzas in the oven and I already have a dinner and a dessert for three people. As a side, I just tossed some cherry tomatoes together with some rocket lettuce and some balsamic vinegar.

The fresh mozzarella made the pizza a bit too watery on top, but the crust was still very crunchy and the mozzarella was still a little bit chewy and didn't completely dissolve (cut it in thick slices). It was very tasty!

The chocolate pizza had a nice chocolate flavor. It had a dark chocolate sauce with soft pieces of milk chocolate and crunchy, harder pieces of white chocolate. You could taste the different flavors and textures. On the side, I also added a scoop of Oppo Colombian chocolate and hazelnut ice cream. As it is a low-cal ice cream, it wasn't really creamy like normal ice cream, but the rich chocolate flavor and crunchy bits of hazelnut made up for that.

As drinks, I got two Tropicana fruit juices: Ruby breakfast and Sanguinello. The Ruby breakfast wasn't as amazing as I thought it would be. It was mainly an orange juice (a good one though!) with tiny hints of grapefruit and blood orange at the end. The sanguinello on the other hand, was seriously good. It had a strong blood orange flavor and the balance between sweet and sour was just right.
