Peripera Wonder Talk Lip Balms review

In my 5th Gmarket order, I bought the Peripera Wonder Talk Lip balms number 3, 4, 5, and 6. I did not get number 1 and 2, because these are the lightest colors and they would not be able to cover my natural lip color. I still have the older version tins, but the Peripera lip balm tins now have cute illustrations of Mari Kim on them, as I have written here. These lip balms are really sticky on the fingers, so I am really glad that I got the cute chess pawn applicators with my lip balms. After application, you can just use a tissue to wipe off the applicator. You do not have to get your hands dirty. Although it can be very sticky on your hands, on the lips it is actually quite comfortable. It moisturizes the lips very well. I had dry lips before I took the pictures, but you really cannot see anything after applying the lip balm. The Peripera lip balm does not go off easily from my hands just by running water over it, so the lasting power of these lip balms are better than normal glosses. The color pay off is very good too, in particular the number 5 and 6. These have a lip-shaped core, which is a very moisturizing balm that preps the lips for the extra hint of color you add by using the surrounding jelly tint. The Peripera lip balms also have a slight hint of menthol at application, so I believe there is also a bit of a lip plumping effect.

How do the Peripera lip balms look like on the lips?

The Peripera Wonder Talk Lip balm number 3 - Sugar Peach has a peachy orange color. The number 4 - Kissable red is a dark pink. The number 5 - Cherry Pink is a very cute bubble gum pink. On the left, is a picture of my lips with only the lip balm from the lip-shaped core and the picture on the right is with the jelly tint on top. In the first picture of the Peripera lip balm number 5, you can see that my lips have gotten very light, milky pink and after adding the jelly tint, the lips turn bright bubble gum pink. This picture does not capture it very well, but it is almost a chemical pink. In the bottom, you can find pictures of the Peripera lip balm number 6. It is a orange red, similar to the color of blood orange juice. Again, in the picture on the left, you can see my lips with only the lip balm from the lip-shaped core. I find this quite nice on its own, but after adding the orange jelly tint, the color gets richer.
