Dior vernis: 343 Spring Ball and 433 Délice

With the launch of the new Dior Addict Glosses, Dior has also developed 4 shimmering nail polishes to match with the 4 it-shades of that collection: Diablotine, Princess, Spring Ball, and Délice. Even though I already had full makeup on my face and the Dior Addict Eau Fraîche was also sprayed on me, my Dior Summer 2013 makeup look was not complete without having these nail polishes on my nails too. To match the Délice color on my lips, I choose to apply the Dior vernis 343 - Délice on my nails.

Although it is a very beautiful dark orange/tomato red nail polish with very fine gold shimmers, it did not go too well with the skin tone of my hands.

That's why I choose to use the Dior vernis 343 - Spring Ball on my left hand. We could also freely use the Dior vernis 553 - Princess and 643 - Diablotine, but those colors seem to either not match my lip color or my skin tone very well. Dior vernis 343 - Spring Ball turned out to be my favorite nail polish of the four. You can see why in the following pictures.

It is a very pretty light pink nail polish with silvery, multicolor shimmers.

All these pictures were taken back home, after applying the Skinfood Nail Vita base coat on top. I feel that these Dior nail polishes look a lot better when you use a glossy top coat, as it brings the shimmers out. The Dior Gel coat 3.0 version, which is also part of the release with these four Dior nail polishes, gives the finish of a long-lasting professional gel manicure. If you are planning to get one of these nail polishes, it would be better to get this gel coat too.
