Dior Addict Gloss 433 - Délice review
It has been a couple of weeks since I got this Dior Addict Gloss 433 - Délice in my goodiebag from the Dior Beauty workshop, and today, I have finally found the time to review it.
Compared to the Dior Addict Ultra Gloss that I have, this new version of Dior lip gloss has a sophisticated silver knob cap instead of a gold one and the slanted applicator has been replaced by a soft brush. The brush feels quite nice on the lips and it is not as strange as I first thought. You can really brush the lip gloss quite neatly on the lips, but the only flaw is that it doesn't pick up enough lip gloss and you need to apply two to three times, before you can fully cover your lips with lip gloss.
Even though the lip gloss looks very milky orange in the swatch shown above, the color doesn't really show up on my lips. As I have very pigmented lips, this was what I was afraid of. During the Dior Beauty workshop, I had used the Dior Addict lipstick in 433 Délice underneath and it was the one that gave my lips the most color. So sadly, you don't see much of the orange color on my lips, but at least, the shimmers are still very pretty as usual.
I recently reviewed the Peripera peri's tint crayons and the Fruity Orange color seems to really match with this lip gloss. I have worn the Peripera lip crayon in Fruity Orange with the Dior Addict Gloss 433 - Délice on top and this is exactly how I wanted and expected the Dior lip gloss to look like. ^_^
Update: see how the Dior Addict Gloss 433 - Délice looks like over 3 different lip crayon colors over here.
Dior Addict Gloss 433 - Délice is a very beautiful orange lip gloss with predominantly gold and orange shimmers. When you look closely, you can also discover some multicolor shimmers in there too.
