Etude House BE102 - Maple syrup nail polish review
The Etude House nail polish BE102 - Maple syrup is one of the six spring 2013 Look at my Nails nail polishes that was launched early this year. I bought this nail polish in my 14th Gmarket order and I actually have many more spring/summer nail polishes that still need to be reviewed. I might still be reviewing summer nail polishes in the middle of the winter, but I will catch up as fast as I can. ^_^
The long, white cap and the cylinder-shaped glass bottle are characteristic to the nail polishes of the Etude House Look at my Nails line. The Etude House Bling in the Sea nail polish no. 2 - Magical Kiss that I recently reviewed, has a similar bottle too. The color of the nail polish in the bottle is true to the promotional picture. It is a special beige/brown color with a hint of pink.
In the two pictures above, the nails were done with one coat and I think it looks better with two or three coats as can be seen underneath. It becomes a very glossy, nude color and less pink. Since it is a jelly nail polish, you need to be very patient as the waiting time between each coat is quite long. The nails stay glossy and sheer for a day. The following day, the nails are still very glossy, but becomes less sheer and more opaque. Applying this nail polish takes a long time and the beautiful sheer and glossy effect doesn't last very long, but it is really worth it. ^_^

The glass bottle is decorated with many swirls and the two words, "Look at" (referring to the name of the nail polish line).
Applied on the nails, the dark beige/brown color as seen in the nail polish bottle, magically turned into a light pink color. After it dried, it became a bit darker, but it is still a very pretty, muted pink color.
