Shopping in Rotterdam city centre has become a lot more fun with all the bright colored summer products that has hit the stores. In this blog post, I will show you my recent visit to the Flying Tiger store, how I discovered Korean beauty products at a large department store, and the cute candies that I found at the Jamin store.
At the Flying Tiger store near Beurs metro station in Rotterdam, I have totally fallen for their new summer collection based on lemons, pink grapefruits, oranges, and watermelons. You can find citrus wedge shaped flower pots and coin banks, drinking bottles, glass water bottles, glasses, lightstrings, pillows, bowls, and dishes.
At the Bijenkorf department store in Rotterdam, I discovered that they started to sell some Tony Moly (a Korean beauty brand) beauty products. The lip balms in cute apple, cherry, peach, and metallic lips containers are €10, but currently, there is a 50% discount on them and the discounted price is about the same as the retail price in Korea. The Tony Moly I'm real tomato mask sheet - radiance is €5 (!) per piece. Even with the 30% off, the mark-up is quite high.
At the Jamin store at the Lijnbaan, Rotterdam, I was drawn to this large wall of candies. At the bottom, you can see popsicle shaped candies, and above them, colorful twirly pop lollipops, and at the top, long twisters with bright colors.
