HEMA Pretty Lips lipgloss 12 - Fiery Sunset review

Today, I will be reviewing another one of the newly released HEMA Pretty Lips lipglosses, the HEMA Pretty Lips lipgloss 12 - Fiery Sunset. The color really does remind me of a fiery sunset, because it has a very warm orange color. Due to my pigmented lips, most orange lip products turn out more natural on me since it mixes with the red in my lips. It seems to be the case this time too, as it turns into a beautiful coral pink on my lips, whereas it is more orange in the swatch on my arm. Still, I am pretty surprised by how different it looks on me. I didn't expect it to look that pink. I am really curious to see how this lip color looks like on other people.

Compared to the previous HEMA Pretty Lips lipgloss that I reviewed (the HEMA Pretty Lips lipgloss 14 - Pretty Pink), it has a warmer color and makes me look less pale. It has a milder apricot candy scent, which is not as strong. It does however have a slight bitter taste, but it is nothing really serious.

I have tried to find similar products in my lip product collection, but it is a darker orange than the Etude House Dear My Jelly Lips JOR201, the Bourjois Color Boost Glossy Finish Lipstick - Orange Punch has a very visible, dark pink undertone, the Tony Moly petite bunny gloss bar no. 6 has a darker orange and less sheer color, and the Peripera peri's tint lip crayon - Fruity orange also has a darker orange color, which is not that sheer (but with less of a pink tone than the former).

You might not have been that impressed by the first HEMA Pretty Lips lipgloss that I reviewed, as it made me look a bit pale and sickly, but now that we are getting to the darker colors, I am sure you will feel just as enthusiastic about them as I do.
