Review: Etude House nail polish PK003 - Dragon fruit cocktail
After the goopy Etude House nail polish WH901 - Cotton candy kiss and the slightly better Etude House nail polish OR203 - Coral party, I now have one more glitter nail polish from the Etude House 2013 Summer Glitters line to show you and it is the Etude House nail polish PK003 - Dragon fruit cocktail.
Because this is a pink based glitter nail polish, I decided to use a pink base color. I looked through my collection of nail polishes and ended up with four pink nail polishes that I thought would be a good match. I couldn't figure out which one would look the best, so I did a test run with one color on each nail.
From left to right : Modi Glam Nails nail polish 43 - Cloud, Etude House nail polish DPK003 - Piggy Pink, Peripera nail polish BR202 - Modern Beige, and Canmake Colorful Nails nail polish no. 43.
After applying the four different nail polish colors, I found out that I actually created some very pretty pink ombre nails. Since it looked so nice, I just decided to go along with it and take pictures with these nails. The nail polishes were applied in the order of the nail polish bottles shown above.
This is how it looks like after applying the Etude House nail polish PK003 - Dragon fruit cocktail on top. It is a glitter nail polish with a transparent base and without any fine shimmers floating in it this time. It mainly contains square mini glitters, hexagonal glitters, and diamond shaped glitters with a silky pink finish and some black, white, and metallic red square glitters to act as eyecatchers. Because there are no fine shimmers or many large glitters, there really isn't a need for a thick consistency. It applies very smoothly like a normal nail polish and the glitters are not scratchy nor does it get caught on clothes.
Out of the three Etude House 2013 Summer Glitters nail polishes that I bought, I like this one the most. There are just no flaws that I can find. ^_^
Because I cannot stop looking at my nails and I want to take more pictures of them, I took out the neon rings from H&M and took some pictures with them on my fingers.
Did I save the best for last? Read on to find out. ^_^
