Makeup look 3: Autumn Red
It has been a while since I began my project of creating an eye make-up look that matches with a shade of one of the NYC lip lacquers. Before, I already created the Smokey eye and nude lips look for the NYC Expert Last lip lacquer 100 - Bare Brooklyn and the Passionate Pink look for the NYC Expert Last lip lacquer 204 - Central Park Passion. Today, it is finally the turn of the NYC Expert Last lip lacquer 600 - Turtle Bay Toffee, which is a brown shade with a pink undertone. It is not a color that I would have picked out myself, but it turns into a pretty, vampy red color on my lips. Over time, the pink undertone becomes more visible and it makes it appear very wearable.
I created this Autumn Red look by matching the fallen leaves, red lip color with a warm, shimmery brown eye shadow from the Clio All That Eye Styler Kit 2 and a glittery, metallic silver eyeshadow from the same eyeshadow palette on the bottom lash line.
